Today is World Mental Heath Day, there have been lots of things said on TV and in the media about mental heath , and I am glad to see it being something talked about more and more. Often though, especially  in the workplace, it is still talked about in negative terms, people who suffer often do so in silence as they fear the consequences of revealing that they have a concern with their mental health.

Please don’t suffer in silence, ask for help. There is help and you can get better.
